Benefits of yoga

There are countless benefits of practicing yoga. Yoga is an ancient form of mediation that is meant to unite the self. One of the best benefits of practicing yoga is peace, though joy is also often experienced.

There are also benefits of yoga to a person’s physical fitness. Some of the fitness benefits include increased strength and flexibility. People may also experience increased sense of self awareness and ability to relax.

The benefits of yoga should be researched and discussed prior to beginning the workout. Talk to a doctor about whyit may or may not work for you. Also, talk to an instructor and discuss your personal history, body, and background prior to taking a class.
