I am not flexible. Can I still practice yoga?
Yes, you do not have to be flexible in order to practice yoga. In fact, yoga actually increases a student’s flexibility. If you are not flexible a continuous yoga routine will help you increase your flexibility.

Can I continue with my yoga workouts even though I am now pregnant?
In most cases yes, but talk to your doctor. If your doctor gives you the green light to practice yoga you will need to be sure to inform your instructor. Your yoga instructor will then be able to tailor fit poses for your growing belly, and he or she will have you steer clear of any intense poses that will not be good for the health of your baby.

What is power yoga?
Power yoga is a fast version of yoga. Instructors quickly move from one pose to another. There is often little instruction and no assistance with body alignment. Power yoga is only recommended for advanced students.
