Props are much needed pieces of yoga equipment. Yoga props include
blocks, supports, straps, and blankets. All of these items are readily
available at stores for sale. They can also be rented at many class
locations.
A mat is arguably the most needed piece of yoga equipment. Mats need
to be a non slip and supportive surface. Most yoga mats are made of
rubber so that the surface is sticky for the feet and hands.
